3We won’t tell you what you want to hear just to gain your business and we will always give you honest opinions. It’s simple but effective.

4When a buyer makes an offer on a property we have on the market, we shall check every detail of their financial arrangements. If they are selling a home we will check every link in the chain, that is a given.

5We will endeavor to give you an accurate figure for your asking price based on an audit of the local market. We will not put a high asking price on your property just to gain your business.

6We make a promise to our vendors to update them at least once a week on the progress of selling their home and will be proactive and honest when doing so.

7We don’t want our customers to worry unduly and this usually occurs when people aren’t sure what is happening. When your sale is agreed through us we will call your solicitor every week, we will call your buyer’s solicitor and your buyer for an update every week. We will then call you and let you know exactly what is going on, even if nothing has happened. It’s simple really, the more you’re aware what’s going on the less the worry.

8We will not come out to your home and see what fee we can get away with charging you and we will also not pretend the fee is discounted when it actually isn’t. We charge everyone the same and what we feel is a fair fee.
